Project Desctiption.
Two covered terraces on opposite corners of the house organize the site. A smaller elevated and shaded interior court brings additional light and air to the structure.
Each space has access to one of the terraces. The house is laid out with a split level to separate various functions of the house without partitions.
The enclosed volume of the living room space is equal in size to the volume of the adjoining covered terrace.
