The structure will house the office and manufacturing headquarters for Lumina Products. Selected steel beams and large concrete walls will remain exposed. Linear skylights against the interior concrete walls will bring the space to life.
On the second floor, elevated garden terraces will seperate the office suite from the manufacturing plant.
