Finergy Main Street

This five story project designed for Sarasota's Main Street brings a contemporary office design at the core of the growing city. The program consists of 20,000 square feet of office and retail space. The playful window layout gives the building a unique identity within the dense fabric of the city.

Two recessed spaces on the front elevation provide the building with depth. One recess marks the entrance while the other identifies the large two story loft office suite of the owner on the top floor. Powder coated metal louvers aligned with the window mullions bring additional color and interest to the composition.
