The Sarasota-Bradenton (SRQ) airport is looking to expand and develop a portion of their site to accommodate office and hotel space, as well as a more efficient master plan.

One of the lots located by the entry of the airport complex will become the location of two separate hotels, each with 200 plus rooms, and a large building with 40,000 square feet of office space.

Halflants + Pichette worked with the Airport Design Committee and the developer to draft the master plan as well as the design of the two hotels and a 200,000 sq. ft office complex.
